About Manna Theory
Manna Theory is a health and wellness philosophy founded in the intelligent design of human anatomy, physiology and biochemistry with respect and awe for God's gifts to us - our bodies!
1. the miraculous food which sustained the Israelites in the wilderness (Exodus 16:14–36)
2. any spiritual or divine nourishment
3. a windfall; an unexpected gift (esp in the phrase manna from heaven)
Some scholars believe that Jesus' phrase, "Give us this day our daily bread" in the Lord's Prayer, is a reference to manna, meaning that we are to trust God to supply our physical needs one day at a time.
Most people know some basics about living a healthy lifestyle, yet don't do it. Contrary to popular sporting good's ads, just "doing it", is easier said than done. A saying is not motivation enough to prompt sustainable behavior change.
